✨✨✨This Thursday, foundations of yoga 2 begins✨✨✨ 🙏In this four‑week series, you’ll deepen your understanding of yoga’s essential foundations refining what you already know while strengthening safe alignment, intentional muscle engagement, and steady, easeful breathing. 🧠These skills support balance, improve posture, and help you move with greater confidence and clarity. You’ll experience the joy of flowing through a sequence of poses linked with the breath, staying present and moving mindfully with your own inner wisdom and awareness. 🫶This series is ideal for the “experienced beginner,” anyone returning to their mat after time away, or practitioners with a beginner’s mindset who are ready to take the next step. You’ll gain the tools, insight, and confidence to continue growing your yoga practice and to cultivate a healthy, sustainable habit in your life. 📆SCHEDULE Thursday evenings OCT 29-NOV 19TH 5:30-7PM ❤️Investment: $85 for this 4-week series (Your registration includes free unlimited yoga during the program so you can practice what you learn and explore different styles of yoga to discover the style that works best for you. Unlimited yoga has a firm expiration date of November 25th!) #outerbanksyoga #obxyoga #foundationsofyoga

Yoga is more than movement. For thousands of years, the practice of yoga has offered a path toward greater awareness, connection, and inner steadiness. At its heart, yoga invites us to notice what is happening within the body, breath, and present moment. What if we practiced meeting ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and presence? Sometimes the invitation is simply to breathe, move, listen, and return to the body. 🌿 The practice of Yoga is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering how to come home to yourself. Your true self! Many of us struggle with these thoughts from the “monkey mind” as the yogis call it. These are the thoughts that can prevent us from realizing that we don’t even need to be ready. We don’t need to be perfect. Allow us to meet you exactly where you’re at on the mat. Just start. Just one evening a week! Foundations of Yoga begins 10/1-10/22 Thursday nights 5:30-7:00pm Pricing: $85 Includes: (4) 90 minutes sessions and unlimited access to yoga during the series #outerbanksyoga #obxyoga #yogaouterbanks #obxlocals
