Beach Yoga on the Outer Banks — 2026 Season Now Open
Greet the day with a multi‑level beach yoga class on the Outer Banks at the Kitty Hawk Pier, practicing on the oceanfront as the sky begins to brighten over the Atlantic. Practicing on the sand brings a new awareness to alignment and balance, inviting you to move with the subtle shifting of the sand beneath your feet. These classes are designed for all levels and all ages and often become a cherished experience for families and visitors of every age.
What to Expect
Beach Yoga is a creative, multi‑level gentle vinyasa practice tailored to the group that gathers each morning. The ocean, the breeze, and the early light become part of the experience — a natural, grounding way to begin your day on the Outer Banks.

A large beach towel or your own mat (towels work best on sand)

Location
Classes take place on the beach at Kitty Hawk Pier, behind the Hilton Garden Inn. Please park at the yoga studio, then walk across to the beach. Head to the left of the hotel, where you’ll see the pier and the steps leading down to the sand. Your instructor will meet you there.
Registration & Cancellation
We kindly request that you sign up online before class. You may cancel up to 2 hours before class and receive a credit to reschedule. There are no refunds, and no‑shows or late cancellations are not credited.
