Week 2: Dancing with Fire with Lalai Riquelme
Ignite your practice with dynamic interplay—rooted strength meets fluid motion. This fiery session explores the art of transitions, where stability anchors mobility and movement becomes meditation. Expect playful sequencing rhythmic breathwork, and a peak pose that challenges your balance and flow. Come ready to sweat, smile and surprise yourself—Lalai brings the heat, and the joy.

Week 3: The Intelligent Arc with Rebekah Thompson
In this session, we explore the nuanced movements of protraction, retraction, extension, and compression—the subtle choreography of the scapula and spine that deepens, strengthens, and transforms our backbend practice. With a focus on scapular mobility, spinal articulation, and breath-led alignment, you’ll attune to the anatomical rhythms that support emotional openness and energetic flow. Expect progressive sequencing that builds toward deeper expressions of heart-opening postures, while honoring the integrity of your body’s unique design.

This session invites yoga practitioners to explore the art of flight—not as a feat of force, but as a practice of precision, breath, and embodied grace. Julia will guide you through intelligent progressions that refine your arm balance and inversion work, with an emphasis on transitions, energetic alignment, and the subtle architecture of lift. Whether you’re refining your handstand line or seeking more fluidity in transitions, this session meets you in motion and invites you to rise.

Cancellations made within 48-hours prior to the start of the workshop may receive a refund less 30% cancellation fee. There are no refunds or credits after the start of the workshop.
