“The great thing about Ayurveda is that its treatments always yield side benefits, not side effects.”
— Shubhra Krishan

The word Ayurveda literally translated means; Ayus = Life , Veda= Knowledge or Science. Ayurveda is therefore science of Life. Developed over 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic health systems in the world. It’s a mind-body-spirit framework that addresses the whole person, offering a rich perspective and practical tools for leading a long, healthy, and happy life.

About Ayurveda

Ayurveda is experiential. The choices we make change our bodies— including our choices about food, personal relationships, sensory experiences, sleep, work, social interactions, and daily routine.

Ayurveda returns us to wholeness. The goal of Ayurveda is to help us return to our natural state of health.

Ayurveda is preventative. Studies have shown that approximately 95% of chronic illness can be reversed and prevented by our daily lifestyle choices. Ayurveda offers tools and guidance to help us do this.

Ayurveda is personalized. Understanding our mind-body type, or dosha, gives us valuable information for nurturing our body’s inner intelligence and ability to make the right choices for you. You will understand that the latest fad or what works best for your brother, sister, coworker, or friend is not necessarily what will work best for you.

Ayurveda is a consciousness-based approach to wellbeing and health.

Are you ready to wake up every morning joyful, well-rested, vibrant and living with ease in harmony with nature?

Shweta took me back to the basics of life, which is what I have so much been looking for!!! The wonderful knowledge of Ayurveda is thousands of years old and based in science. Somehow, she is able to transmit this synergistic conjunction of art and science in such a beautiful and clear way. What is most delightful about learning from Shweta is that she doesn’t just teach this amazing knowledge on the outside, she really lives it in her everyday life. Truly inspiring!!! Thank you so much, Shweta, you are such a bright light to this world!!!
