with IANA MALCOLM
Tell Me More:
Let’s talk about Self-Care, Wellness and WOMEN!
There’s no yoga experience necesary for this workshop. Bring your favorite lady for an afternoon designed to relax and revive you.
Iana Sundari, author and owner of Bliss Out Retreats, is in town to talk about how to change our relationships to stress and how to respond to ourselves with compassion and kindness. She’s also going to lead you through some of her favorite self- care practices and home remedies for you to make your own in 2019.
After this fun but informative discussion, enjoy a restorative slow flow yoga class, set to incredible tunes, that is designed to leave you blissed out! You’ll finish your class with guided relaxation and afterwards, enjoy a delicious, cold-pressed juice. And you’ll leave with a Self- Care workbook to take home.
