The main studio in Kitty Hawk is located in the Ocean Centre shops, across from the Hilton Garden Inn at about milepost 1.5 on the Beach Road (also known as Route 12, or N. Virginia Dare Trail). We are in the same center as High Cotton restaurant. You will find us in the corner near Scoops Ice Cream.

The Sanderling studio is located within the Sanderling Spa on route 12  just north of the village of Duck. The Spa is located on the sound side of route 12. The Sanderling studio is open May-November.

In Manteo, we are located in Nautics Hall - the fitness center at the Elizabethan Inn on Highway 64.
