Join us for YOGA DAY USA - Saturday 21 January

 

In celebration, we will have an open dialogue style class from 3 - 4:15p that day with Anne. She will answer questions about everything from Ashtanga to Yin Yoga styles, pranayama, help with particular postures... anything you'd like to discuss that will help guide you more deeply into your practice. Also, great if you have an injury and you'd like to know how to address it with modifications

 

Then starting at 4:30, Anne will lead you through a two hour yoga class...some come opne your heart, share your positive energy and bring a beautiful balance between mind and body.

Open to all... Donations welcome but not necessary.
